KickStart

A sustainable family income is essential for creating opportunities for children in developing countries, so we are partnering with KickStart to launch their program in Zambia and help families in southern Africa improve their incomes and fashion a better future for their children.

Through our partnership, KickStart will empower poor rural families in Zambia and throughout the southern Africa region to lift themselves out of poverty by using low-cost water pumps to irrigate their land, grow and sell high-value crops throughout the year, and earn significantly more money.

This project will help as many as 280,000 people in southern Africa increase their family income and take a first major step out of poverty, and improve food security for at least 3.8 million people in the southern Africa region.
